Cement supply for mobile concrete batching plant

This is common frequently asked question by the client who wants to purchase a mobile concrete batching plant. For different areas, the cement can be got in different forms. You have to see if you can get the bulk cement easily or only can get cement in the BIGBAG. If you can get the bulk cement which is transported by the bulk cement trailer, we recommend you use our bolted type cement silo to stock the cement. If only can get the BIGBAG cement, we recommend you use a hopper to stock the cement from BIGBAG, there is a knife in the hopper, the BIGBAG will be cut and the cement will be discharged into the hopper.Then the cement will be transit into the concrete mixer by the screw conveyor. If the client wants to use a cement silo stock the cement in BIGBAG, we can provide you with a pneumatic tank with air compressor to blow the cement into the cement silo.
