HPS10 hydraulic Shortcrete Pump and DJBT40 Concrete Mixer With Pump Shipment to Antigua

On January 05, 2022, a HPS10 hydraulic shortcrete pump and a DJBT40 concrete mixer with pump were loaded in a 40ft high container and sent to Antigua.

HPS10 hydraulic shortcrete pump is a hydraulic pumping wet spraying machine, which can be used for spraying, filling, grouting, pumping and other construction. The injection volume is continuously adjusted, and the injection speed can be adjusted freely. The amount of additive added is continuously adjustable. The whole system of the wet spraying machine includes one wet spraying machine, 100 meters of steel pipe, 20 meters of flexible hose, two spray guns (one wet spray nozzle, one anti-fog nozzle), one air compressor, and one gas storage tank.

DJBT40 diesel concrete mixer with pump integrates mixing and pumping, which is convenient for customers to mix materials on site and deliver the ready mixed concrete directly, which greatly improves work efficiency. We use the main oil pump imported from South Korea Kawasaki, the main oil cylinder and swing oil cylinder from Hunan Xieli, the Manuli oil pipe imported from Italy, the hydraulic control valve from Taiwan Yuken Company, and the intermediate relay from Japan Omron to ensure the durability of the equipment.
