Types of jaw stone crusher machine

 

There are two main groups of jaw crushers machine, single-toggle jaw crushers and double-toggle jaw crushers, classified according to their jaw movement mechanism. In single-toggle jaw crushers, the movable jaw is supported by the bearing on an eccentric shaft driven by a rod to which it is attached. Then a toggle plate at the bottom of the moveable jaw support the rod. Toggle plate compressed between moveable jaw and main body. This mechanism ensures that the moving jaw moves in an elliptical orbit. Through this movement, the movable jaw give both pressure and friction forces to the material.
