Limestone crushing and screening plant

This limestone crushing and screening plant is used to crush soft or medium hard stone such as: limestone, gypsum, marble, calcite, dolomite, etc) from big size to about 0-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-40mm (or other sizes according to your need) as aggregate for construction.

Normally speaking, because the hardness of these stone is not high, they are easily to be crushed by common impact crusher. And the final shape of the aggregates is cubical and round which is very good for concrete requirement.

The brief explanation of HAMAC SOLUTION is as bellows:

1. The limestone in the collecting hopper is fed into the jaw crusher continuously by a vibrating feeder, the stone will be crushed by jaw crusher from bigger size to medium size, this is a primary crushing;
2. The crushed stone from jaw crusher will be transited to the impact crusher by 1# belt conveyor, we will select the discharge opening of impact crusher accordingly; the stone after secondary crushing will be transit to vibrating screen to be screened;
3. There vibrating screen will divide the crushed stone to different sizes based on the requirement of the clients, the stone is bigger than required size will be transit to the impact crusher by 3# belt conveyor to be crushed again. Finally all the aggregates will be the size as requested, and then the four different sizes aggregate will be screened out and transit to final product pile by belt conveyor.
