Checking stock with purchase order
With the sales contract, the order tracking clerk checks the models and quantities of equipment and spare parts, to ensure 100% correspondence of the purchase order and the goods preparation.
Quality inspection before equipment delivery out of factory
Upon completion of the manufacturing of equipment, the quality inspector strictly checks quality of the equipment with the checklist for every incompliance with the requirements.
Checking items with packing list again
Before packaging and shipment, the order tracking clerk checks the packaged items again with the packing list to avoid excess or loss of items.
